Thanks Sandhog. I was going to post that link but you saved me the trouble. The picture doesn't give away too much in terms of what to expect from the story. However what we can determine is that it's a direct continuation of Devastation 6, with Grimlock being readied for combat. Skywatch's tactic of having high tech facilities behind and ordinary looking facade (in this case the green warehouse) is very reminiscient of the Machination. I wonder if Skywatch knows about the Machination?
PS - not wishing to start rumours that could turn out to be woefully off the mark, but didn't Simon Furman say in a Q&A a while back that Grimlock and Galvatron would fight. If so then maybe it happens in this spotlight? That would be awesome. However Scorponok is hinted at on the cover so two big battles in one comic would be too much - it's probably a scorpy showdown this time and the Galvatron battle in TF Revelation.
PPS - I'm not keen on Grimlock's teeth, the classic Grimlock face plate is better.

I think the showdown with Scorponok is definately on the cards if the cover A of the Grimlock spotlight is anything to go by. I am incredibly curious to see how they will reintroduce Shockwave and the other dinobots into the story. I never picked up on the rumour of Grim' vs Galvatron. I think powerful as Grimlock is he is not in the same league as Galvatron. I think with Galvatron's special powers he is nigh unstoppable. Also Grimlock and his fellow dinobots got taken down by Shockwave. (This was my favourite spotlight ever!) I agree with you on the faceplate it is better. I guess the teeth styling is to make him look permanently angry and aggressive.

Gotto agree on the teeth, they really don't look right on him. Looking forward to this Spotlight, especially since Spotlight: Mirage was a bit meh.
Might be due to the size of the image, but the colouring looks a bit washed out in that panel, or is that just me? Though I'm loving the attention to detail in that panel, especially the pieces of fossilised 'skin' still attached to parts of Grimmy. I'm also interested to see what Swoop will look like, especially since it looked like his wings were primarily synthflesh in Spotlight: Shockwave.

Personally I'm looking forward to this - have to say that I found the Mirage spotlight somewhat "meh", but I'm now wondering if IDW have pulled a fast one and the universe where Mirage was a Decepticon was actually the main universe following on from All Hail Megatron...
And yes, hope they cover up Grimmy's teeth - they really don't suit him.
