Starscreams treachery was kind of expected, but I'm still confused why Megs looked so upset at the end of 3. Was he not let in on the plan??

I'm wondering how Starscream managed to smuggle those arm-mounted cannons into court. It doesn't say much for the security.

Hmm, this is weird I can see the image on my laptop, but not on my desktop and the only difference that I know of is that my desktop is running win xp x64 rather than xp pro

Those pages were on TFormers but I've hopefully resolved the problem by linking to the pages on Deviant Art. Let me know if you can see them now.

Yep working on both my systems now With respect to the panels they definately seem a lot easier to follow, hopefully they won't confuse things with speach bubbles etc... It would definately seem that the production team for Origins has taken the critisms and made the issues better (at least in my opinion). While this may have caused delays, I would prefer to wait for a more polished issue

same here I can see the images, thanks for sorting that. I gotta agree that the artwork here seems a lot less cluttered than the earlier issues. So when is this out then ?

You could easily fall asleep waiting for it as its been horribly overdue (like the whole series unfortunately) but the good news is it is released this week. I had been due to get copies today but due to a balls-up on the part of the suppliers I won't get them until Friday.

Recieved it today, thanks Steve. I must say that the series has improved from it's shaky start. The start of this issue was easy to follow and made sense. It did start to fall apart towards the end of the issue though, though I have to say it was still the best of all four of the sub-line. The ending definately leaves room for a continuation of the early history of the war, especially with how Optimus became a Prime and other minor, but equally as important threads. I'm assuming that the Apex is a reference to the Apex armour that came with Reissue Powermaster Prime (God Ginrai)? I'm still confused about where Soundwave appeared from in the Council chamber, that bit definately doesn't make sense . The issue did, however, clear up why Ratbat is not humanoid in the Devastation timeframe.

Received mine yesterday thanks Steve. I have to agree this comic was better than the rest, however I think they crammed everything into 4 comics when they could have spread it out a bit over 6. It is a shame that they built up Sentinel Prime so much (not just IDW but everyone else) and then have a bad ending for him. I would like to see more stories from Sentinel Prime's past. He seems such a good character to leave for dead now.

Yeah managed to read it yesterday, think I'm going to have to put some time aside to read through the whole set a couple of times though. I still found a lot of the story disjointed and hard to follow.

I agree that there was too much crammed into to few comics. It's definately more of a Decepticon's Origin than Megs. While as I say they did improve, they would have faired far better from a 6 or even 8 issue run. There were parts that (once you deciphered the panels) were paced just right, but equally in some parts they cramed too much in too small a space, and then there are huge chunks (in my opinion) that are missing. I really reallly really hope that one day they will revisit this and make it into what it should be
