Indeed they don't. What a waste of time for all concerned. Regrettably I've been forced to reinstate the rule that only members of this forum can post. I like offering guests a chance to comment but the spamming will only get worse if its not nipped in the bud.

It is a shame but it is like you said, they won't stop. Mind you to become a member isn't hard now is it.

Well now I've finally got a job I been on the catch up with all the comics I missed. Read the crossover last night and I got to say I wasn't impressed, I didn't like the art for the Transformers at all (in some scenes Megatron looks like the Hood from Thunderbirds with his glowing eyes). Also I wasn't to impressed with the story it seemed a bit rushed and didn't seem to have the scope which I think it deserved.

Yeah, it wasn't a patch on the main G1 arc and rather confirmed my early doubts about whether a TF/superhero crossover would be any good. I think Bob Budiansky pulled it off in the 80s, making a much more entertaining story in considerably less pages. Who have thought the unlikely pairing of Spider-man and Gears would have worked so well?
Ironically I'm looking forward to reviewing the TF/Avengers stuff so I can get to grips with why it flopped. In my view the best thing to come of this crossover was Spotlight Ramjet.

The main issue I had with it was the blatant continuity breaches with characters appearance. Ramjet looked like a standard seeker, and Bumblebee was back to his old G1 version, where everyone else was in their idw variants.
