The first five pages are online at Comic Book Resources website (reproduced below). That exchange between Megatron and Starscream raises a good point: exactly what do the Decepticons do now the Autobots are beaten. They've got a heavily armed, agressive and dangerous army who have suddenly lost their purpose. Surely they'll soon turn on each other... bring it on!!

I know Kup is a senior player (in the storyline if not the toyline) but I don't recall anything in the past that would give him rank over Jazz. I've always figured it to be Prime at the top, with a second layer of Prowl, Magnus, Jazz, Grimlock, then varying levels underneath one of which contained Kup. Will be interesting to see if Jazz agrees with me 
Love the Megs and SS interaction, some great dialogue and an interesting question is posed. Although, remembering back to the beginnings, certainly within the Marvel continuity anyway, wasn't the original idea to convert Cybertron into a space ship (battleworld) so the Deceps could conquer the universe and plunder it's resources? Maybe Megs is planning to convert Earth into a new Cybertron (been done to other planets before) and pursue his original plan?
Wonder what Skywarp and Bombshell are arguing about? Boredom kicking in maybe?
